Terms of Service

1. Authorised use

Y2K Tiling is an internal application for authorised Y2K Tiling personnel and approved users. You may use it only for legitimate Y2K Tiling business purposes and only within the permissions assigned to your account.

2. Account and access responsibilities

You must use your own authorised Google account, keep access information secure, and must not attempt to access data or functions assigned to another user or role. Access may be suspended or removed when authorisation, employment, or contracting access ends.

3. Appropriate use of records

Use the workspace carefully and accurately, particularly when managing assignments, documents, purchase orders, invoices, pay information, or financial records. Do not upload or share information unless you are authorised to do so.

4. Availability

The service may change or be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, security work, or technical issues. No particular availability level is promised by these internal-use terms.

5. Ownership and privacy

Y2K Tiling and its authorised licensors retain ownership of the application, branding, and related materials. Information handling is governed by the Privacy Policy.
